From the very foundation of the company, Kalas has been involved in the community of Denver, Pennsylvania and the surrounding counties. We believe that it is important to give back to the community that has given so much to our company over the years. Working with volunteer and charitable organizations throughout Lancaster County aligns deeply with the core values of Kalas, our associates and our leadership team.

Our partnership with Teen Challenge, an organization that helps troubled youths, has led to Kalas sponsoring an internship/mentoring program.  For several months throughout the year, Kalas works with the young men enrolled in the program and provides them on-the-job training that will help them build a career.

This is only one of the many ways that, through the years, Kalas has taken civic responsibility and made it a part of who we are.
